Golden Age Group Launches "Living Sculpture" To Melbourne Market
A new sculptural apartment building worth $190 million has been released to market by Melbourne-based development partners Golden Age Group and Asian Pacific Group.
Opèra, designed by award winning Melbourne architectural practice Bates Smart, will be a dramatic addition to St Kilda Road with its smoked glass facade and curved teardrop shape.
Construction will commence in early 2016, with completion anticipated in 2018.
