Five Tower Development For Brisbane's Newstead
More than 900 apartments have been proposed for Newstead by Brisbane developer
The $400 million, five-tower development will sit between Ann Street and Stratton Street in Brisbane's inner-north.
Designed by
Cox Rayner Architects, the development will be constructed over five stages and will include retail tenancies on ground level.
The following four stages will include an extensive recreational terrace at the top of the podium which is designed to facilitate connectivity between the four stages.
A multi-level waterfall feature fronting Ann Street is also planned.
