Exclusive Project Showcase: Brisbane Skytower

s

Everyone in Brisbane and around Australia is currently waiting with baited breath to hear more the development of Brisbane’s tallest tower-

Brisbane Skytower.

Heralded as Brisbane’s tallest proposed skyscraper it’s easy to see why the 90-storey building (and twin 42-storey tower) is the talk of the town. People want to know – how is the project going and most of all how the developers have gone about it.

So far the development has been a success, with the development application being passed by Brisbane City Council in late October 2014 for the tower to meet the CBD’s maximum allowable height of 274 metres.

The highly anticipated development has received overwhelming interest ahead of this Saturday’s global launch. Billbergia and AMP Capital today confirmed that the development has received circa 2000 general registrations of interest.

The project is expected to be constructed in three stages, while stage four will deliver the 111 Mary Street tower comprising 316 hotel rooms and 95 one, two and three bedroom apartments.
