Enhanced Worker Safety at the Push of a Button

Around-the-clock access to on-site safety has become a possibility with the latest solutions from Australia’s RSEA Safety, leaders in the industry since 2000.

RSEA Safety offers customisable vending machines that give continuous access to safety gear, PPE and other essential items for employees and contractors. Convenient on-site access equals greater productivity by guaranteeing that employees are ready to perform their work safely at every moment.

Safety in the workplace continues to be an ongoing issue. Studies by the Australian Council of Trade Unions say that 78 per cent of employees have suffered a mental or physical injury at work. From over 25 000 respondents, 54 per cent answered that they are aware of existing hazards in their workplace that could cause serious injury or illness.

One of the most cost-effective methods to help avoid injuries and problems on the job site is to have workers and visitors fully equipped with appropriate PPE at all times. RSEA Safety’s vending solutions help make 24/7 access to top-quality safety gear achievable.

The team is committed to supporting businesses in their safety initiatives, providing free on-site safety audits to help determine the right safety needs for you.

RSEA Safety’s solutions allow businesses to comply with safety standards and lower costs at the same time. Research across work sites shows that on-site vending solutions decrease spending on consumable safety products by at least 30 per cent. Further savings come from the protection that the vending solutions offer. They’ll keep PPE free from dust and damage.

RSEA Safety’s self-service vending machines are set up fit-for-purpose depending on industry type, job function and site requirements. They can carry standard PPE, First Aid supplies, industrial tools, drill bits, power tools and batteries.

Customer benefits from the vending machines are far-reaching, from cost decreases because of more efficient usage and greater productivity to an in-built inventory management system.

The machine even sends alerts when stocks reach a set minimum level to slash lead times. Businesses can set up automatic replenishment, triggered when stocks are low so that product orders are sent out directly to the procurement team or RSEA Safety.

These solutions will cut usage and waste of assets with more accountability and real-time tracking through consumption analytics and reporting.

Theft of items will be reduced as they’re securely held. Access to the machines can be tailored depending on needs with a FOB, card or existing site access/security cards.

Tracking and recording compliance in the workplace is simpler than ever, with the ability for a pick-list summary that will lead to optimised refills and more effective management.

There’s the option to customise these vending solutions based on what type of consumables are needed. For example, smaller higher-turnover PPE items such as gloves, glasses, and hearing protection can be stored in coil-operated machines.

The options include up to 60 product selections, a 55-inch touchscreen, individual spend limits, product restriction capabilities and the power to display safety messages on the touchscreen.

Guarantee your employees are properly equipped to work safely, any time and any day with RSEA Safety.
