The crowning project in a 15-year plan to encircle the home ground of the mighty Claremont Tigers football club with homes has been filed in Perth’s exclusive western suburbs.

Norup Pty Ltd, directed by engineer and developer John Norup, is planning the eight-storey project for a 2000sq m lot at 3 Shenton Road at Claremont, on the corner of Tiger Way. 

Designed by Hillam Architects, the final Stage 2 of the Claremont Terraces project reboots the culmination of a project of previous developer Iris Residential that was never completed.
