Centurion Plots 440-Room Perth Student Living Tower
Global student accommodation operator Centurion is planning a 440-room purpose-built student accommodation project in Perth.
The “future oriented proposal” from Centurion Properties Australia Investments “aims to support the knowledge economy” in the University of Western Australia and Queen Elizabeth II medical centre precinct.
The project at 37-43 Stirling Highway, Nedlands, is on exhibition as a significant development with the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage.
