Builder Announced For Highly Anticipated Marine’s Hill Development

Screen-Shot-2016-11-29-at-2

Global developer CWG Development has announced the start of construction at its highly anticipated $80 million Marine’s Hill development in the heart of Epping.

The announcement included a sod-turning ceremony after appointing Alliance Project Group to construct the project’s 90 high-end apartments.

The start of construction on the 4,424 square metre Marine’s Hill site at 17-25 Epping Road follows the successful sell-out of the project’s stage one release, with stage two now released.

When completed, the apartment complex will feature a mix of one, two and three bedroom apartments spanning two buildings, each located just 400m from Epping Railway Station.

Designed by Robertson + Marks, Marine’s Hill offers a selection of contemporary one, two and three-bedroom apartments each with their own large balcony overlooking the tree-lined streets below. Each residence also offers buyers the option of a car space in the two levels of basement parking available.

“Epping is certainly resonating well with Sydney homebuyers at present and this interest from buyers seems to be gaining momentum with each new upgrade or infrastructure project announced for the area,” CWG Development CEO Dr. Ying Rao said.

With one-bedroom apartments starting from $635,000, two-bedroom apartments starting from $900,00 and three bedroom apartments from $1,280,000, the interest in Marine’s Hill remains understandably strong.

The development has already attracted a wealth of local buyers familiar with the lifestyle on offer in Epping, as well as investors looking to secure property in one of Sydney’s fastest growing suburbs.

Epping is experiencing a surge in popularity amongst savvy buyers, whom have identified it as one of Sydney’s next high growth areas following the NSW Government’s substantial investment into the area’s existing transport and infrastructure.

This investment includes the recent $550 million upgrade to the M2 Motorway as well as the new Sydney Metro Northwest, formerly North West Rail Link, which will be Australia’s first fully-automated metro rail system.

Due for completion in 2019, the new metro will increase the number of train services between Epping and Chatswood to 15 an hour during peak hours and will also provide a direct link from Epping to another employment hub, the Norwest Business Centre.

Marine’s Hill is also conveniently located in the heart of Epping’s retail precinct. It’s only a short walk to Epping Village and a 10-minute drive to the recently upgraded Macquarie Centre – a hub for Australian’s leading stores, international fashion brands, dining courts, as well as an Events Cinema complex.

CWG Development is the Australian property division of conglomerate Chiway Group which is involved in residential and commercial development throughout China and America.

The group entered the Australian market in early 2014 and listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange in August 2015.
