Approved Alexandria Block Remixed with 86-Unit BtR
A developer has changed tack, going back to the drawing board to add a residential component to a previously approved Alexandria office project.
The new Stage 1 concept development application has been filed with the City of Sydney Council for 290-294 Botany Road by Angreb Pty Ltd and Sentra Investments Pty Ltd, vehicles associated with Sydney developer Theodore Onisforou, according to ASIC documents.
If approved, the $46-million project would deliver 86 apartments above three retail tenancies and another seven commercial tenancies.
