The $100m residential development at Brisbane's Eagle Farm racecourse, Ascot Green, is expected to receive approval by Brisbane City Council today (Tuesday).
The development will require rezoning approval from BCC to proceed with the construction of the massive development. The council's city planning Chairman Julian Simmonds was reportedly praising the development on Monday, according to BrisbaneTimes.com.au.
Mirvac’s $950 million Ascot Green residential precinct provides the opportunity to live alongside the iconic Eagle Farm Racecourse.
Mirvac's plan included 219 units in two residential towers on the racecourse site, with uninterrupted views of the action on the track. One tower would be 13 storeys, the other 10 storeys.
