Anric Greenlit for Sydney Suburban Hospitality Hub

It was for a 2809sq m project next to Bunnings Gregory Hills at 38-44 Lasso Road owned by Anric.

Anric Developments has won approval for a seven-storey commercial building with a rooftop hospitality precinct in what has been labelled Australia’s fastest-growing local government area.

The mixed-use development comprising a ground-floor plaza, commercial space, and a rooftop bar, restaurant and pool was approved by Sydney Western City Planning Panel last month.

The project, filed in July of 2024, was originally to be 10 storeys but was scaled back to seven during planning.
