Aland Plots West Sydney Entertainment Precinct
Aland is moving ahead with its precinct masterplan at Leppington.
The developer has submitted a development application to Camden Council for the retail and entertainment portion of the project announced last year for south-west Sydney.
The project at 173 and 183 Rickard Road will be a mixed-use development with a shopping centre and hotel in the heart of Leppington Town Centre.
