Sector Leaders Join Build-to-Rent Summit

BTR HERO

The build-to-rent sector in Australia is experiencing rapid growth, driven by significant investment and increasing demand for rental housing solutions.

According to reports in The Urban Developer, the volume of build-to-rent apartments under construction has surged by 65 per cent, with projections indicating there will be 18,500 units in the market by the end of 2024. This growth is fuelled by institutional investors recognising the robust returns and long-term potential of the asset class.

The Urban Developer proudly presents a one-day summit that delves into key trends, challenges and opportunities within the sector by bringing together the most active and progressive build-to-rent property developers, investors and professionals.

To be held at Metropolis Events in Melbourne on Thursday, June 20, the summit will be followed by an industry networking event offering the chance for attendees to connect with speakers and industry leaders in the sector.
