Transforming Property with Furniture and Styling

In the competitive landscape of property development, the importance of effective property styling cannot be overstated.

For builders and developers looking to maximise market value and appeal to discerning buyers, the services of a professional styling team can make all the difference.

Valiant Interiors, a leader in the industry for more than 60 years, has consistently demonstrated their expertise in transforming properties into captivating, high-value assets, earning multiple awards and setting benchmarks in the field.

Multi-award-winning expertise

Valiant Interiors’ recent accolades at the Housing Industry Association (HIA) awards are a testament to their exceptional skill in property styling.

In 2023, the company secured two prestigious awards: the Queensland Large 5-Plus Bedrooms Property Styling Project and the Queensland Property Styling Project of the Year.

These honours were awarded for their work on the Onyx display home at Palm Beach, Queensland, a project that perfectly encapsulates Valiant’s ability to enhance a property’s inherent beauty while creating a luxurious living experience.

The Onyx display home, furnished and styled in collaboration with Carmichael Build, is an exquisite five-bedroom residence inspired by the sophisticated dark and moody aesthetics of Melbourne architecture.

The property welcomed visitors with breathtaking dark features and a warm, organic ambiance that resonated with its coastal surroundings. Valiant Interiors was tasked with curating a design that would both complement and enhance the grand architectural design.

The result was a masterful blend of minimalistic, earthy furnishings and rich, dark textures that harmonised with the sandy dune desert landscaping surrounding the property, creating a visually breathtaking and cohesive space.

The success of this project lies in Valiant’s meticulous attention to detail and their ability to seamlessly merge the interior design with the architectural elements of the home.

The Onyx display home stands as a testament to Valiant Interiors’ capability to transform a property into an irresistible haven of allure and sophistication, ultimately driving its market value.

The property was successfully sold for $3,600,000, snapped up by interstate buyers who had not yet set foot inside the luxury Queensland home.

This sale set a record as the highest price paid for a non-waterfront residential house in the sought-after southern Gold Coast enclave.

Enriching interiors with thoughtful design

In 2024, Valiant Interiors continued to showcase their unparalleled styling expertise with another HIA award win, this time for the Property Styling Large 4-Plus Bedrooms (Detached) category.

The winning project was the Rivers Reach display home at Hamilton, Queensland, in collaboration with Frasers Property.

This project presented a unique challenge: to create a luxurious and livable space that would not overwhelm the open-plan design but rather complement the home’s architectural features.

Drawing inspiration from the property’s riverfront location, Valiant’s design team crafted a serene and elegant atmosphere using a carefully selected colour palette of warm beige, soft peach, and subtle blue tones, accented with understated rust.

The inclusion of oak and bold elements added a timeless elegance, resulting in a space that was both inviting and effortlessly stylish.

The final presentation of Rivers Reach displayed a luxurious yet livable environment that resonated with its natural surroundings, perfectly achieving the project’s goals and exceeding the client’s vision.

Custom solutions for luxury living

Valiant Interiors’ ability to tailor their styling approach to meet the specific needs of each project was further exemplified in their work on six display apartments at 443 Queen Street in Brisbane, Queensland.

This project [pictured top], furnished and styled in collaboration with CBUS Property Group, earned Valiant the 2024 HIA Award for Property Styling Multi-Residential Individual Dwelling.

The six apartments, each boasting breathtaking views of the Brisbane River, required a unique approach to cater to a diverse range of potential buyers, from corporate prospects to downsizers.

Valiant Interiors met this challenge by offering a variety of light, medium, and dark scheme options, allowing each space to reflect the personality and preferences of its target audience.

The styling choices were crafted to evoke an ambiance of opulence and refinement, ensuring that each apartment exuded luxury and sophistication in this sought-after location.

Valiant’s collaboration with CBUS Property Group not only set a standard for luxury living but also contributed to faster sales.

The styling decisions made by Valiant exceeded the expectations of the client and the buyers, resulting in a project that has become a benchmark for excellence in property styling.

Valiant Interiors has consistently proven their ability to transform residential interiors, ensuring they reach their full potential and maximise market value.

Their multi-award-winning approach combines a deep understanding of architectural design with a keen eye for detail, resulting in spaces that captivate and inspire their audience.

For builders and developers looking to elevate their residential and commercial spaces and appeal to a sophisticated market, Valiant Interiors offers a solution-based service that delivers remarkable results.
