Midrise Project Breaks Ground as Sunshine Coast Ramps Up
Habitat Development Group has broken ground on a $243-million midrise mixed-use project at Maroochydore as activity in the region ramps up.
The Millwell will comprise 205 apartments across two buildings rising up to nine storeys and will also accommodate ground-floor retail and a rooftop wellness centre.
Its construction comes as the Brisbane-based builder-developer pushes forward with other projects in its pipeline, including the topping out of its 200-unit St Clair complex at Lake Kawana, Birtinya in a few weeks.
