Recognising the best in urban development across Australia and New Zealand, the awards celebrate projects, initiatives and individuals shaping the future of our cities.

Now in its eighth year, The Urban Developer Awards have become the benchmark for excellence in the industry. With more than 150 winners from over 1500 submissions to date, the program continues to set the standard for innovation, impact and leadership. 

With 25 prestigious categories across Industry Excellence and Development of the Year, the awards shine a spotlight on all sectors and excellence across sustainability, community engagement, design innovation and more.

  • First entry: $395 (standard $450)

  • Second entry: $320 (standard $395)

  • Third entry: $300 (standard $350)
