Plus Architecture's render for Sterling Global's amended plans for the tower on the Batman Hills Hotel on Collins Street in Melbourne's CBD.

Developer Sterling Global wants to opt out of plans to build its first hotel in the Melbourne CBD, amending its plans for a site on Collins Street.

A permit was granted for a 42-storey, mixed-use tower for the 1973sq m site at 607-623 Collins Street in May of 2024.

The Carr Architects plans comprised 175 apartments, eight sub-penthouses, a 229-key hotel and office spaces on the 13th to 16th floors.
