Property developer Harry Stamoulis has purchased the One Collins Street complex in Melbourne for a reported $125 million on a 5.25 per cent yield.
According to The Australian Financial Review, Mr Stamoulis snapped up the complex from Sydney developer and publisher Robert Magid and his sister Eleanor Goodridge.
Knight Frank's Paul Henley and Martin O'Sullivan reportedly negotiated the deal.
Located on the corner of Spring and Collins Street, the building features a 17-level tower and overlooks the Treasury Gardens and Parliament House.
The A-Grade building is fully leased with tenants including Rabobank, Mckinsey & Co, Grant Samuel and IBISWorld.
