Prolific Gold Coast developer Christie Leet’s Sherpa Property Group is continuing to reshape the urban landscape of Palm Beach, one project at a time.
It has lodged a proposal for the latest in a string of projects in the beachside renewal hotspot—a 13-storey tower comprising 47 apartments.
To be known as Flourish Oasis, it is earmarked for an 810sq m site at 7-9 Sixth Avenue, one of two holdings that Sherpa recently acquired for a combined $30.5 million on the western side of the Gold Coast Highway.
