Sentinel has filed plans for 353 build-to-rent apartments across two buildings on a site at North Melbourne.
The two connected buildings of 11 and 12 storeys over basement level car parking, will comprise 21 studio, 210 one, 95 two and 27 three-bedroom apartments.
The 6528sq m site at 23-47 Villiers Street, about 2.5km north of the MelbourneCBD, would also have 264 car parking spaces, 445 bicycle storage spaces and 12 motorcycle parking spaces.
