Sage Institute Leases Brisbane Office

1

Victorian-based education provider Sage Institute has leased office space in the Brisbane CBD at a gross annual rental of about $700,000, according to The Australian.

The term of the lease at 369 Ann Street is seven years.

The paper reported that the nine-storey building is currently undergoing a refurbishment.

369 Ann Street has extensive frontage to both Ann and Wharf Streets providing high visibility and maximum exposure to city traffic and is located 300 metres from Central Station.

Knight Frank agent Kyle Cully told The Australian that education users were increasingly active in Brisbane.

“There is currently a high demand for education providers in the Brisbane CBD, reflected by the recent leasing activity,” Mr Cully said.

“The move by Sage Institute is the company’s first foray into Brisbane. They also have existing facilities in Melbourne and Sydney.”
