Fifty Shops Added, but Rouse Hill Expansion is Missing Something

GPT has opened the doors on a $200-million expansion to the Rouse Hill Town Centre shopping precinct, about 32km north-west of the Sydney CBD.

More than 10,500sq m of retail space for 50 tenancies have been added, along with 200 car parking spaces at the site next to the Metro station.

GPT head of retail development Anthony Iannuzzi told The Urban Developer that an emphasis on specialty fashion and slow dining tenancies “really starts to focus in the categories that are growing.”
