Robina Group Launches $130 Million Terrace Homes Developments

R

Developer Robina Group has launched a $130 million signature homes development that has already sold out its $20 million first release in presales.

Robina Group sold 44 freehold terrace homes in its Botanique Terrace Homes development to a waiting list of local and interstate buyers ahead of the project being taken to market.

Botanique will now release its second stage of 75 terrace homes, each offering three bedrooms plus a media room over two levels, priced from $519,000.

Robina Group Director Tony Tippett says the pre-release sellout of Botanique’s initial offering is the latest proof of the soaring demand for brand new home stock in Robina, especially freehold terrace homes with no body corporate fees.

“All of the 44 sales in Botanique’s first stage have come from buyers who previously expressed an interest for freehold terrace homes during the sale process for our nearby CityVillage development’s latest stage,” Mr Tippett said.

“The demand is unprecedented and reflects a new kind of buyer in Robina and wider Gold Coast City – people who want to live in an inner city location, with the low maintenance lifestyle of an apartment, on their own piece of land.”

Botanique joins a $1 billion wave of development and infrastructure investment currently being injected into Robina.

The project will eventually comprise 230 three-bedroom terrace homes, all on freehold title, and will be developed in four stages on the 12.4 hectare Cheltenham Drive site, surrounded by waterways and bound by parklands and a championship golf course.
