Red & Co Enters Gold Coast with $250m Varsity Lakes Plan
Brisbane-based developer Red & Co has launched its first Gold Coast project, unveiling plans for a $250-million apartment development at Varsity Lakes.
Centred around an expansive rooftop wellness precinct, the 16-level project, dubbed COMO, comprises 156 apartments at 22 Lake Street, marking a significant step for the developer as it expands beyond its established Brisbane footprint.
Builder 5Point Projects is bringing forward construction after the project’s market launch this month.
