‘Confident’ Red & Co Starts Work on Stafford Apartments
Construction has begun on developer Red & Co’s residential project at Stafford in Brisbane’s north.
The three-storey apartment scheme, dubbed Arca, is rising on a 4023sq m site at 100-106 Webster Road and 1-5 Theodore Street about 6.5km from the Brisbane CBD by road.
Red & Co director Keiran Foster said they had opted to start work without waiting for presales, confident that the target market at Stafford was appropriate.
