Reworked 54-Unit Liverpool Warehouse Plans Filed
A three-storey industrial development that “unlocks the site’s economic potential” is being planned for the Prestons suburb of Liverpool.
Rockliff Estate Pty Ltd, a vehicle associated with Joseph Samia and Ahmad Rachid Ahmad, has applied to the Liverpool City Council to develop the 2.27ha site at 50 Yarrunga Street.
According to the development application from Patch Planning, the 54-unit warehouse development would include internal mezzanine levels with additional storage and working space.
