Porsche Design partner with Dezer Properties for Miami luxury tower

Porsche Design Group have recently announced plans to build a state-of-the art, 197 metre 57-floor sky scraper in the heart of Sunny Isle Beach in Florida in the United States.

While high rise buildings and prestigious residences is not something new to Sunny Isle Beach, the new development has taken prestige living to a new height.

The all new Porsche Design Tower will be the first of its kind in Florida, featuring not only absolute luxury living, but also a robotic elevating vehicle garage.

The elevating garage will allow residents to drive their vehicles onto an internal platform, which then elevates the vehicle, along with its occupants, to the designated level.

Revolutionary robotic parking spaces will then transport the platform, along with the vehicle and its occupants, to their relevant garage, where the residents can then exit the vehicle and have direct access to their apartment.

With the technology and prestige comes functionality. The robotic elevating garage is tipped to be a hit amongst celebrities and the rich and famous alike, as the ‘vehicle elevator’ provides absolute security and privacy.

A similar development has proven a huge success in New York City, with celebrities such as Nicole Kidman and Domenico Dolce (of Dolce & Gabbana) taking advantage of the vehicle elevating garage.

Gil Dezer, the

American developer who announced the project in collaboration with Porsche Design Group, believes that the development will be the perfect addition to the landscape of Sunny Isle Beach. He is also confident that the Porshe Design Tower will mark a worldwide trend of similar sky scrapers around the globe with vehicle elevators inside.

Apartments will range from 3,800 to 9,500 square feet (345 to 863 square metres) and are expected to price in between US$2.9 million and US$9 million.
