Plans for a four-tower scheme comprising co-living and affordable housing have been filed for north-western Sydney.
The proposal from Payce, with an estimated cost of $115 million and comprising towers of between seven and 18 storeys, is planned for a site at 19 Hope Street at Melrose Park and 69-77 Hughes Avenue, Ermington.
The developer has requested Secretary’s Environmental Assessment Requirements from the NSW Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure for the project at Parramatta, 24km from the Sydney CBD.
