On-demand: Affordable and Social Housing vSummit

About this event
The Urban Developer Affordable and Social Housing vSummit is an online conference dedicated to new housing solutions funded by governments, community housing providers (CHP) and the private sector.
After a record 20 per cent rise in home prices during the past year, housing affordability stress is accelerating far beyond sustainable levels.
Since the early 2000s, average capital city prices have risen 200 per cent compared with an 82 per cent rise in wages—while the average house-price-to-income ratio has more than doubled.
As pressure mounts on governments and the private sector, questions remain: how will we respond and how will it be funded?
Innovative solutions that bring together governments, community housing providers and the private sector is crucial in solving Australia’s desperate, and growing housing affordability crisis.
