Melbourne Richlister Hits Pause on Hotel Redevelopment

Richlister Shesh Ghale has requested a pause on his application to redevelop the Sir Charles Hotham Hotel in Melbourne’s CBD. 

Ghale founded the Melbourne Institute of Technology and co-owns MIT Holdings Pty Ltd with his wife, Jamuna Ghale-Gurung.

MIT Holdings first filed plans for redeveloping the heritage-listed Sir Charles Hotham Hotel at 2-8 Spencer Street in March of 2023.
