Three towers across two residential developments have been proposed for the neighbouring Gold Coast suburbs of Southport and Labrador as midrise momentum builds across the city.

Rising five, six and seven storeys, the two schemes would accommodate a total of 40 apartments.

Of these, a mix of 28 one, two and three-bedroom units would be spread across two towers earmarked for an 1120sq m site at 20 Brisbane Road and 41 Middle Street, Labrador.
