Mercedes Site Makes $300m Parramatta Road Housing Pivot
An excavated Parramatta Road site once approved for a Mercedes-Benz showroom has moved into New South Wales’ housing acceleration pathway as a $300-million proposal near Sydney’s future Burwood North Metro station.
LSH Property (Alexandria) is seeking Secretary’s Environmental Assessment Requirements for a 19-to-24-storey mixed-use project at 166-204 Parramatta Road and 1-1A Cheltenham Road, Croydon.
The requirements would guide an environmental impact statement for a concept state significant development application, detailed first-stage application and concurrent rezoning.
