Developer LAS Group has filed plans for a 54-storey tower next to the Melbourne site where its plans for a smaller scheme were rejected.
The 1544sq m tower site at 93-103 Clarendon Street in Melbourne’s Southbank is part of a larger 3822sq m block, and neighbours 36-42 Clarke Street where the developer’s 25-storey tower was knocked back.
Melbourne Water recently rejected those plans due to a lack of a suitable solution for flood mitigation.
