Work Under Way on 172-Lot Masterplan at Fraser Rise
Work is under way on a $65-million masterplanned community at Fraser Rise in Melbourne’s rapidly expanding north-west corridor.
Specialist greenfield and subdivision developer LandxWise’s Samara development comprises 172 residential lots and a super lot.
The development at 1176 Taylors Road includes house and land packages ranging from 156sq m to 366 square metres.
