Health Cafe Joins The GRID

1

The founder of Australia’s popular Pressed Juice stores, Leo Pegoli, is set to open a new flagship organic café within the landmark retail precinct, ‘the GRID’ at 567 Collins Street in Melbourne.

The Pressed Lab café will occupy 120sqm on the front door of Investa Office Fund and Investa Commercial Property Fund’s new tower at 567 Collins Street. The five year lease was negotiated by Colliers International’s Ben Tremellen and Georgie Cichy.

The Pressed Lab will focus on organic, plant-based grab-and-go food offerings, providing fresh breakfast, lunch and light dinner pre-packaged foods along with cold-pressed juices.

It will be a flagship national store, to complement Mr Pegoli’s 19 Pressed Juices stores around Australia.
