Sydney’s JQZ wants to add another 10 storeys tois plans for a site on Parramatta’s “Auto Alley”.
The developer secured the site at 83 and 63 Church Street for $110 million after the 2020 collapse of developer Dyldam, which left creditors owed an estimated half-a-billion dollars.
A 753-apartment development launched by Dyldam on the site, dubbed South Quarter, won approval in 2018.
