The Boulevard Collection is the fourth release at premium Clayton South master-planned community Jackson Green from Cedar Woods Properties Limited.

The Boulevard Collection is Jackson Green’s largest release of four-bedroom dwellings to date.

“The Boulevard Collection accommodates demand for family-sized homes in the prestigious south-east,” says Cedar Woods Victorian and Queensland State Manager Nathan Blackburne.

The collection comprises 12 spacious town homes, each with four bedrooms and two living areas, priced from $785,000 to $829,000.

Located along Jackson Green’s tree-lined boulevard, the 12 architecturally designed town homes sit within walking distance of Clayton South’s many amenities and services.

“Jackson Green’s fourth release boasts the hallmarks of luxury suburban living, elegant architecture by DKO and outdoor spaces ideal for entertaining,” Blackburne says.

Cedar Woods has ensured that fine details are considered throughout the dwellings, including sleek interior style and premium finishes.

The release of the Boulevard Collection at Jackson Green follows a rapid succession of sales on its third release that sold out in less than two months.

“We were pleased to see such an overwhelming success at Jackson Green’s third stage release and we are confident that this release will be equally well received,” says Blackburne.

“We look forward to building upon what will become a vibrant community for Melbourne’s south-eastern suburbs,” he says.

About Jackson Green
Jackson Green is a 6.5-hectare site set to deliver 180 new houses and 170 apartments to Clayton South. The development is a unique residential offering 19 kilometres from Melbourne’s CBD, encompassing a central park, a range of housing typologies and the convenience of nearby retail, recreational, employment and education opportunities.

The third release of townhomes named the ‘Reserve’ consisted of a mixture of two, three and four bedroom townhomes which started from $519,000.

Cedar Woods has enlisted leading architects DKO to masterplan the site, which includes a mix of contemporary townhouses, detached homes and apartments ranging from one to four bedrooms.

Clayton Shopping Centre, Clayton train station, the Monash Medical Centre and the globally-renowned Monash University are all located within two kilometres.

The design of the neighbourhood encourages residents to embrace the outdoors and interact with their community within the included 4000 square metres of open space.
