IMG Plots 15-Storey Boost for South Melbourne Highrise
IMG Australia has made a bold proposal to upscale its plans for a South Melbourne highrise, adding 15 storeys.
The developer has filed amended plans with the Victorian Department of Transport and Planning (DTP) for its 1508sq m site at 292-294 and 296-306 City Road.
If successful, the amendment would take the highrise to 47 storeys, putting it into skyscraper territory and adding 73 apartment to bring the total to 338.
