Holdmark Parramatta Precinct of 1000-Homes Goes Public

Holdmark Property Group is moving ahead with the latest stage of its Melrose Park precinct on the banks of the Parramatta River.
The proposal for the 4.1ha site at 30 and 32 Waratah Street and 112 Wharf Road comprises mixed-use buildings of 1029 apartments, according to the plans now on exhibition.
The Melrose Wharf project will have an estimated development cost of $507.8 million.
