Project Focus: Stockholm's Hästen 21 Winning Design Revealed
Danish firm Schmidt Hammer Lassen Architects (SHL) has won the international competition to design Hästen 21, a 43,000 sq m multi-use development destination in central Stockholm, Sweden.
In coordination with Pembroke Real Estate, the project focuses on rejuvenating a commercial block, and will comprise of retail, office space and housing in a complex designed with respect for the surround heritage landscape and skyline.
