Hallmarc’s plans for a build-to-rent apartment complex on a prime site at St Kilda East have gone on exhibition.

The Melbourne developer’s proposal for 29 and 35-37 Westbury Street now on exhibition with the City of Port Phillip Council details 50 units on the 3103sq m site.

The site backs onto Alma Park and is near the Westbury Street tram stop, and would have 31 one-bed, 17 two-bed and 2 three-bedroom apartments, aimed at young professionals.
