Reflections Mirrors Urban Luxury

1

Reflections, a new apartment building completely covered in mirrored glass in North Melbourne, has been launched to market.

Developed by REVEL Development Group and designed by Plus Architecture, Reflections features a 14m high, mirrored glass façade that reflects its surroundings and will offer a range of one, two and three bedroom apartments starting from $359,000.

“Not only do these residences offer incredible park-front views that will never be built out, but at street level, the building will actually reflect the image of the park and surrounding tree-tops to create a striking visual centrepiece to those interacting with the building below," said REVEL Development Group Director Daniel Caspar.

"The mirrored façade creates a unique opportunity to celebrate the surroundings while the interiors boast a level of luxury and quality rarely seen in other apartment offerings nearby."Residents will have access to an exclusive concierge service operating six days per week. It will provide services including deliveries, event and restaurant bookings, laundry and dry cleaning. This concierge service, as well as building management and communal amenity bookings, will be managed through an app so residents will have access to a range of services.

The Plus Architecture-designed interiors have been inspired by the building’s mirrored façade with the use of metallic detailing, gloss stone benchtops and splashbacks, feature wall lights and timber joinery.

Reflections also boasts an incredible 300sqm podium level rooftop garden, designed by multi-award-winning landscape architect, Jack Merlo.

“Ideally positioned on the cusp of the CBD but offering all the shopping, café and lifestyle benefits of a quiet suburban location, Reflections provides the best of both worlds, with the added benefit of being within the University High School zone which will appeal to many families and couples,” Mr Caspar said.

Reflections is located on Haines Street, North Melbourne.
