GVG Makes First Gold Coast Foray with Surfers Scheme

Brisbane-based developer Gardner Vaughan Group is moving into the Glitter Strip as it reveals plans for a site within a Gold Coast enclave.
The builder-developer plans to leverage its 36 years of experience to dip its toe in the Coast apartment market where it has acquired 8 Mawarra Street at Surfers Paradise on Chevron Island.
GVG chief executive Simon Betteridge said the acquisition underscored their confidence in the region’s long-term growth and appeal.
