Great Potential For New Developments at Vermont Site

2

A development site in Vermont, Victoria has been listed for sale with

Colliers International.

Jam Architects have drawn up a site feasibility for the potential of developing the site into townhouses and apartments.

The zoning of the site is part commercial 1 and part general residential- schedule 1, under the City of Whitehorse Planning Scheme.

Colliers International executive Ted Dwyer says that the site provides a lot of potential for development.

“This flexible, 5,090 square metre site provides the potential for a multitude of development opportunities including townhouses, apartments, retirement living and more (STCA) as a result of its part Commercial 1 and part General Residential zoning,” Mr Dwyer said.

“Located within close proximity to Brentford Square Shopping Centre, there is also strong amenity in the immediate area.”

The Vermont residential property market is strong with the media house price being $659,000 and apartment price $524,000.

The property is available for sale by expressions of interest by Thursday, 4 December 2014.
