Golden Age Group Enters The CBD Penthouse Market

Golden Age Group has unveiled its first foray into the Melbourne CBD luxury penthouse market, with a sky-high abode located on the 56th floor of its iconic New York-style slender tower

The penthouse and sub-penthouses will all feature fireplaces inset in a marble wall, timber herringbone flooring and opulent marble kitchens.

Golden Age Group managing director Jeff Xu said the luxury apartments had been developed to meet market demand among families for well-priced large luxury CBD living.

“Families want to live in Melbourne’s CBD but there is a lack of stock large enough to cater for this demand,” said Mr Xu.
