Highrise Plans for Gold Coast Riverfront Strip on the Rise
Sydney-based developer Pierre Sleiman has paddled into a Gold Coast development hotspot with a tower proposal along the Sunset Boulevard riverfront strip at Surfers Paradise.
The founder and managing director of P & N Sleiman Group has filed plans for a 33-storey residential highrise comprising 62 apartments.
It is earmarked for a 1082sq m site at 52 Sunset Boulevard acquired for $4.71 million early last year and is among a handful of tower applications lodged over the past 18 months for the enclave fronting the Nerang River.
