Gold Coast Developer Pitches Tower for Kirra Beach

The skyline of the southern Gold Coast is still on the rise with its development pipeline continuing to simmer along after coming off the boil of a post-pandemic surge.

Among the latest proposals are plans filed for a 14-storey residential tower at Kirra Beach.

Gold Coast-based developer-builder John Kearney’s Immerse Projects is behind the proposal—its third development play in the Coolangatta area.
