Elements Stage One Sells Out In Less Than A Week

E

Home buyers are heading to Melbourne’s west, where Truganina’s newest community, ‘

Elements’ sold out stage one in less than a week, since the launch of sales and now stage two is selling fast.

Since opening the doors of the new sales office, local home-hunters have gone to extreme lengths in order to secure their purchase of land at Elements.

Some camped out for five nights to get their block, which indicates the soaring demand for quality new land in one of Melbourne’s fastest growing locations.

With a convenient location within walking distance of the future Tarneit Train Station, education precincts and sporting and leisure amenities, it’s no surprise that people raced to secure a block at last weekend’s project launch.

One couple, Marcelle Vella and David Cardona, braved five nights outside in order to be the first through the doors and have said it was worth the wait.

“We were on-site in our rented campervan for five nights as we really didn’t want to miss out on getting our preferred block.

“We’re over the moon that we have secured our block of land at Elements and we can’t wait to get started on the building process and make our dream a reality. Camping-out for five nights was well worth it,” Mr Cardona said.

ID_Land director Matthew Belford said the successful launch of Elements indicates there is strength in the marker for well-located communities, that offer an abundance of amenity and transport options.

“After such a successful launch we are even more mindful of the necessity to cater for the influx of buyers in the west, so much so that we are now bringing forward planning for future stages to keep up with the demand.

“With interest in Wyndham showing no signs of slowing, suburbs like Truganina will play host to thousands of new residents over the coming years, so purchasers are becoming incredibly savvy about what will be available to them in terms of amenity and infrastructure,” Mr Belford said.

“ Not only will future residents of Elements benefit from the regenerated waterways, quality amenities, proximity to the city and great access to public transport, they will also be among the lucky ones to secure a home in one of Melbourne’s most up and coming locations.”
