Devine Community Gets Ready For $20 Million Retail Centre

1

Residential developer Devine has sold a prime retail precinct at the $550 million Stonehill community at Bacchus Marsh, further underlining the strength of the western suburbs market.

The local Victorian-based developer who purchased the two-hectare site at 10 McCormacks Road plans to build a $20 million neighbourhood shopping centre.

The site was sold with planning approval for a neighbourhood shopping centre with space for a major supermarket and specialty shops.
