CHM Doubles Down at Bilinga Despite Light Rail Stage Axing

The rollback of plans for the Gold Coast light rail’s final stage to the city’s airport does not appear to have taken the steam out of booming nearby Bilinga.
At least, judging from upscaled plans filed for a newly amalgamated site in the beachside precinct.
CHM Living, an entity led by Norwood Constructions’ James Quinert, has doubled down on plans for a seven-storey block of five apartments approved by the City of Gold Coast Council in July for a 503sq m site at 70 Pacific Parade.
