Dasco Approved to Add 105 Homes to Epping Scheme
A state-significant apartment proposal at Epping has the tick to add storeys and another 105 homes.
The five-tower Senso project at 242-244 Beecroft Road, to be developed and built by Dasco, has undergone a major growth spurt after the NSW Independent Planning Commission approved the increase in apartments from 374 to 479.
The new amendments add another $51 million to the project cost, on top of its original $143-million price tag.
